I recently bought a home, and although some minor issues were eventually resolved, my overall experience with customer service has been quite disappointing. One major issue remains unresolved: the cooking appliance installed in my property is not the brand I selected. I have sent numerous emails to the support team over the past year, but have received no replies or actions taken. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. For such a significant investment, I expected better attention to detail and a more professional and responsive after-sales service. Unfortunately, the handling of this matter shows a lack of seriousness in addressing customer concerns. I hope the company improves its customer service and follow-up processes for future homeowners.
