A significant issue remains unresolved: the cooking appliance installed is not the brand I chose. Despite sending multiple emails to the support team over the past year, I have received no responses. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. For such a major purchase, I expected better attention to detail and a more professional after-sales service. I wouldn't even rate this company with one star. I cannot recommend purchasing a new build from this seller. After living in our new home for over a year, we've faced numerous issues from leaks to the quality of materials used. When we raised these concerns, they just tried to pacify us with excuses.
