I recently purchased a home, and while some minor issues were addressed, my overall experience with customer service has been quite unsatisfactory. A significant issue remains unresolved: the cooking appliance installed is not the brand I chose. Despite sending multiple emails to the support team over the past year, I have received no responses. The lack of communication and accountability has been incredibly frustrating. For such a major purchase, I expected better attention to detail and a more professional after-sales service. Unfortunately, the handling of this issue reflects a lack of seriousness in addressing customer concerns. I hope the company improves its customer service for future homeowners.
