Brought a used SPARC-AR red dot sight from a friend and needed sending in to be serviced due to corrosion in the battery compartment.Contacted CSW regarding the Vortex Lifetime VIP warrenty and servicing the optic.Replied back in under 2 hours for confirmation and sent me a Warrenty form to fill out, of which was done asap. Due to delays on my end, optic was not sent off for a few months, but sent off just over a week ago.Had been no longer than 24hrs once the optic was received by them for a confirmation email from Eddie Price regarding the state of the optic, confirmed a replacement was in order due to the sight being an outdated SPARC-AR1 and stated a rough time window of 4-5 weeks (understandable)It had been just over 2 days since that email then a follow up email was received again stating they had a new sparc-ar2 for me and would be sent out asap.And asap it was! Email sent on Friday, optic received Monday! Beautiful example of amazing customer service and efficient communication from both Eddie And his team at CSW, thanks for the incredible experience, and I’ll be sure to reach out again once this optic hits rock bottom 😂.
