Edit: Subsequent comms have been helpful, issue resolved.Chatted to CSW staff at BirdFair '24. Said they could help me out with a better case for my Vortex bins, which I emailed them about. No response. Phoned direct to chase, but still no response, despite a promise. Don't know if it's just one character in their team, but disappointed. Basically just fobbed off. Very poor.
