The product its engineering and sales staff are brilliant but the Support Management is dreadful. They have no idea of what A CUSTOMER is. According to them they are ticket number who can only request their help and only once or else they will be penalised. They insist you have to carry out to the letter their instructions in entering your own details including cutting and pasting on their form. Senior management should review situation asap.Oh dear! It seems that i am absolutely correct in calling this department " Inward looking" expressions of concern and apologies but in truth no action was taken for the past 2 weeks and now i am told i will not hear from County for at least another 7- 10 days. In short - no special action to be taken on behalf of the customer - no change in behaviour of this department.The criticisms I made above should not take away the fact that County Broadband has a superb product with a sales and engineering team that is second to none. Moreover the prospect of ɓecoming market leader in my opinion is assured following the senior managements genuine desire to address the issues raised. They have very very quickly resolved the problems encountered with my order and I am most grateful for their understanding and very swift action taken. Thanks to all concerned.
