From the beginning, it has been difficult to get clear information about setting up the new service and using our own equipment. We were even billed for a service that wasn't fully operational. The major problem is the continuous outages, with the last one lasting nearly two days. The network seems fragile, with no backup routes and several points of failure. This leads to service interruptions that really isolate us, especially in a rural area where mobile signal is weak. It's frustrating for a supposed business service, as many businesses can't afford such downtime. While the high-speed option is appealing, our previous service was far more reliable.
Once again, the service has been down over the weekend. There's no way to reach support during this time, and all I receive is an automated message stating that they are working to fix the issue. Nobody answers calls, leaving me to send a complaint email. The service is great when it's operational, but it's clear that support is limited outside of weekdays. I rarely faced outages with my previous provider.
During the initial consultation, we were told that FTTP would be installed if we signed a two-year agreement, after which we could choose other providers. However, they have now decided not to allow access to other ISPs, leaving us with the choice of reverting to a previous service or continuing to pay them. I wanted to leave due to poor service and unreliable speeds but felt trapped by the agreement.
I've reached out to the Technical Support Department multiple times this year, not because of issues, but for advice on how to optimize my setup. Every interaction was supportive and friendly, with quick responses. I felt well taken care of, especially by one representative who was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. I learned a lot and am very glad I switched providers.
I never received responses to my numerous calls and emails when I tried to sign up last year. Looking at the reviews now, it's clear that not signing up was a fortunate turn of events. This company seems poorly managed and has earned this one-star review.
