I've gone through all my account settings, everything is filled out...yet, I keep getting emails that state "provider is not responding to request for information" and I'm stuck. I have ONE invoice, and today, I received an email stating that invoice has been paid. I have not been paid. This whole system is a mess.Live chat confirms I am who I am and yet, has no access to payment information.....absolutely useless.
