just dont!!!!!! reviews speak...100percent of us would rate it lower.....im held hostage to getting my pay for a month minimum not taking into account the "user friendly" site..the "helpful customer servicde." a robot asked me if im a robot.. then shut me out for a day. im never paid on time once. not once. the invoices dont load , the site freezes .THIS COMPANY IS BUILT ON COLLECTING THE INTEREST ON YOUR WORKING DOLLAR...... THE LONGER THEY HOLD IT THE MORE SENSE IT MAKES......QUESTION WHY YOU ARE MADE TO PAY 5 GRAND TO GET A SERVICE THAT WORKS ...IM NOT RISKING THAT..RUN FOR THE HILLS

Terrible platform for suppliers and customers

This platform is dreadful for both suppliers and customers. There are constant prompts urging suppliers to upgrade. Making even simple adjustments to invoices is nearly impossible. The system seems poorly designed from an accounting perspective. It's a clunky and outdated system. Customers are also dissatisfied due to the excessive time required for tasks now. We are both losing money because of this software and regret choosing this option. Managing accounts ourselves was much quicker and easier.

Simply Avoid It.

If I could give this software no stars, I absolutely would, as it doesn't even deserve one. I've just wasted an hour trying to complete a simple task, and it's still unfinished. I spoke with several 'customer service agents'—or were they bots?—who were completely clueless and couldn't assist with basic issues. This is the worst software I've ever encountered. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Engaging with this system feels like communicating with a very rudimentary AI. It's extremely unhelpful.

Frustrating and Unpleasant Experience

As a vendor, the portal is frustrating; it's not user-friendly, and processing invoices is slow. It often forgets my and the customer's information, requiring me to re-enter everything. If you lose access to your authenticator app, logging in becomes a nightmare. Customer service is unhelpful and prefers to complicate matters rather than provide alternative verification methods. They claim you can change the authentication method, but good luck finding it due to the poor navigation of the website. If there were an option for zero stars, that would be my choice.

Poorly Designed AI

This so-called AI is so poorly designed that finding a provider requires precise input (case sensitivity and all). It takes an eternity to accomplish anything correctly and is not suited for computer screens. Even outdated programs from two decades ago are more user-friendly than this.

I tried to use this for a customer, but we can't even register. The service signed me up for marketing spam without my consent, despite our inability to complete registration.

If I could rate it lower, I would

If I could give it a rating below one star, I certainly would. I spend hours daily on this terrible software trying to upload invoices, which is nearly impossible. Payments are consistently months late; one invoice was due on June 25th, and when I called, I was told payment might come on November 28th?! If you want to frustrate your suppliers and delay payments, then use this software. DO NOT engage with potential customers that rely on this platform.
