1. Phone number format incorrect, cannot enter a phone number - tried multiple different formats, all errored. This problem was solved decades ago. Offshore coders maybe??!!2. Bank code format for Hong Kong is wrong - it is NOT 6 digits! US focus maybe??!!3. Chat support box format made it not possible to click in the right places4. Separate topic chat achieved (yay!), followed by a sudden reset of the chat box with no way to recover (boo!)5. Responding to information requests is a VERY long page, no auto-save, fast auto-logout, and no indication when saving/submitting if an error occurs, and if so, where!
