Bought new caravan arranged for collection 19 April 12.30, left us sat waiting in the shop in deckchairs until 1.15. Eventually someone rolled up to take us through PDI. All good with PDI, so went to sort paperwork out, then it turned SOUR. Dan said that our caravan had a bit off damp, ok that’s fine let’s have a look. Only tested the wrong caravan 😡 then they had the nerve to accuse us of driving round with the toilet full. Eventually got to our caravan yes it had a got a bit off damp but it was clear in August when last serviced. They could not give us a price for the repair. By this time we had been there 3 1/2 hours not happy. My caravan has been butchered by these people, I can now to Dot to Dot with all the holes. We have taken our caravan to a repair centre and they cant believe where they have tested with there damp meter, plus the damp is not as bad as they made it out to be. DON’T GO UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARAVAN BUTCHERED
