Incompetent and understaffed. Customer service is non-existent. The delivery person called me on the delivery day to 'confirm' my availability, but never showed up. They then changed the status to 'Undelivered - Wrong Address,' which is a blatant lie, as I've received packages at this address before. Their customer service is unreachable, and when I finally managed to speak to someone, the response was simply, 'Wait, it will come in the following days.' A week has passed, and the package is still not delivered, despite being within Athens and only 9 km from their offices!
