This courier service is incredibly frustrating. It took them 14 days to collect my packages from the airport, even though they were ready, and an additional 15 days to deliver them. A full month for a single order is unacceptable.
Incompetent and understaffed. Customer service is non-existent. The delivery person called me on the delivery day to 'confirm' my availability, but never showed up. They then changed the status to 'Undelivered - Wrong Address,' which is a blatant lie, as I've received packages at this address before. Their customer service is unreachable, and when I finally managed to speak to someone, the response was simply, 'Wait, it will come in the following days.' A week has passed, and the package is still not delivered, despite being within Athens and only 9 km from their offices!
I requested that my order arrive after 3 PM, but it arrived at 10 AM when I was unavailable. I asked for a refund, but they still came at 10 AM. This is the worst service available in Greece right now. Naturally, I have filed a complaint with the relevant authorities.

I have nothing more to add; the other reviews say it all. They are incompetent and do not care. Communication is only with an ineffective bot, and even the head office is unreachable. I have requested to stop using this courier service for my orders. There are other capable couriers in Greece.
I ordered products, and the package arrived a week late without any notification. I had to contact the seller because the courier's support line is a joke; no one answers. The delivery driver called me and said the package was unusually heavy and asked for my help to carry it. I agreed to assist but questioned why a paying customer should have to help. His response was unprofessional and hostile. This company is so disorganized that it wouldn’t surprise me if the delivery driver was the boss. The package weighed 10 kg!
I placed an order, and while the payment was processed, the product was never delivered by their partner. When I contacted their call center and asked to speak with a manager, they were completely unhelpful. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Avoid at all costs!!! This might be the worst courier service ever. My package was never delivered, even though I was home all day. No notifications were given, and they never answer the phone. Unfortunately, they are used by other major services, so beware.
