I ordered products, and the package arrived a week late without any notification. I had to contact the seller because the courier's support line is a joke; no one answers. The delivery driver called me and said the package was unusually heavy and asked for my help to carry it. I agreed to assist but questioned why a paying customer should have to help. His response was unprofessional and hostile. This company is so disorganized that it wouldn’t surprise me if the delivery driver was the boss. The package weighed 10 kg!
