It's unfortunate to have to write this after a previous positive review, but the current service levels are unacceptable. Now that the onboarding is over, it's nearly impossible to reach anyone. I've been waiting for almost 3 hours to speak to someone. My account is on hold due to overdue payments, and despite normally paying my drivers early, the service has changed without notice. I'm hoping someone can address this issue and restore the expected level of service, as it is currently quite chaotic.
