There was no communication whatsoever. This is not a one-time mistake; it’s a recurring pattern. Other couriers in Australia have managed basic delivery communication, but this one does not. Labeling parcels as 'attempted' when no attempt was made is misleading and unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I now avoid retailers that use this courier.
