Easily the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
I received an email saying my Kogan.com order would arrive on 17 Feb 2026. Instead, it turned up on 11 Feb (apparently, I got an email saying there was a card left with instructions - yeah right, no card)—great in theory, except I wasn’t home. I tried to rebook the delivery, only to discover they only offer a 48‑hour delivery window, which is ridiculous. Even Australia Post manages better than that.
Their website claims you can redirect to a collection point, but it doesn’t tell you where those collection points actually are. After multiple frustrating calls and emails, I was finally told that the sender (again, this was purchased through Kogan) would need to change the label before it could be sent to a collection point—something never mentioned anywhere on their site.
Any retailer using this service should seriously reconsider, because I won’t purchase from you again if Couriers Please is involved. Avoid this company at all costs.
The package was delivered however no notification of delivery was given either to expect it on a particular day or that it had been delivered. Consequently it was left for a couple of days during which it was stolen. The help desk would engage about failure of delivery but fell silent when they finally took note of my questions about notification failure
They have had the parcel for 6 days. Yesterday’s excuse was that 14 minutes after being on board for delivery the driver decided it was undeliverable. Address and everything else is correct. They need to be provided with a “couldn’t be bothered” option for excuses, at least that would be honest.
I ordered a parcel on 17 November, and as of today, it still hasn't been delivered. Despite three phone calls to the support team, I received repeated assurances that it would arrive by 16/12/25, which turned out to be meaningless. Furthermore, the initial delivery attempt was incorrectly recorded as 'business closed,' which is false. The address is a private home, and someone was waiting for the delivery. This seems like either deliberate misrepresentation or a serious delivery failure. The lack of transparency and inaccurate tracking information shows a complete disregard for customers. After more than a month of delays and excuses, I have lost confidence in this service and will not use it again.
This courier service is the worst! Whenever I find out they are handling my delivery, I know I will have to make a trip to pick it up. They never attempt to ring or knock, claiming 'delivery attempt was unsuccessful' even though I'm always home. Such dishonesty! I wish I could choose my delivery service when shopping online; I would never select this one.
I rarely write reviews, but this service has disappointed me too often. On several occasions, packages were marked as 'failed delivery attempt' while I was at home all day. There was no communication whatsoever, and I was told to collect my items elsewhere. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a recurring problem. Other couriers manage basic communication, but this service does not. Labeling packages as 'attempted' when no attempt was made is unacceptable and wastes customers’ time. I now actively avoid retailers that use this service and will cancel orders if I know they are the courier.
After finally getting a response from a human, I asked for my package to be sent to the local depot. Instead, I received a message stating there is no nearby collection point, despite my request. Now I’ll have a package delivered while I’m away for a week. I didn’t expect the human response to be worse than the automated one, but here we are.
I usually don’t write reviews, but this service has let me down too many times. Multiple parcels have been marked as 'failed delivery attempt' while I was home all day. There was no communication whatsoever. This is not a one-time mistake; it’s a recurring pattern. Other couriers in Australia have managed basic delivery communication, but this one does not. Labeling parcels as 'attempted' when no attempt was made is misleading and unacceptable. Based on my experiences, I now avoid retailers that use this courier.
From my experience and many others, this courier seems to be used by unreliable sellers who do not actually send goods but provide fake tracking numbers to satisfy platform requirements. Each package I ordered from sellers claiming to use this service never arrived. It appears to be a scheme to provide tracking numbers without actual shipments, which raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of this service. If you have a tracking number from this courier, prepare for potential issues with lost packages and refund battles.
