I rarely write reviews, but this service has disappointed me too often. On several occasions, packages were marked as 'failed delivery attempt' while I was at home all day. There was no communication whatsoever, and I was told to collect my items elsewhere. This isn’t a one-time issue; it’s a recurring problem. Other couriers manage basic communication, but this service does not. Labeling packages as 'attempted' when no attempt was made is unacceptable and wastes customers’ time. I now actively avoid retailers that use this service and will cancel orders if I know they are the courier.
