I have faced ongoing poor service from this company. AVOID purchasing an extended warranty! I bought a five-year warranty only to have it terminated two months before expiration just because my washing machine broke down. The staff are not fulfilling their customer service roles properly. My washing machine has had issues and has been repaired multiple times. Now, they claim I've used up my repair service and will terminate the contract?! A contract is a contract. We paid for it. We wouldn't ask for help if the product worked properly! It's the product sold that has caused us problems. I won't shop here again.
