I ordered a humidifier online with the pick-up option, paid in full, and received an email confirming my order along with the invoice. However, when I went to collect it the following day, I was informed that my order had not been received. The support team was utterly unhelpful, repeatedly directing me to the online call center. I attempted to call at least ten times, but none of my calls went through. The mobile number provided was of no assistance either: always busy, disconnected, or unresponsive. I’m still waiting for a callback.
