I placed an order two weeks ago and am still waiting for delivery. The product is now out of stock, and it seems no one is addressing the issue! I've been following up, but I haven't received any response yet!

Avoid purchasing from this seller

Avoid purchasing from this seller — it will only lead to frustration. I ordered a humidifier online with the pick-up option, paid in full, and received an email confirming my order along with the invoice. However, when I went to collect it the following day, I was informed that my order had not been received. The support team was utterly unhelpful, repeatedly directing me to the online call center. I attempted to call at least ten times, but none of my calls went through. The mobile number provided was of no assistance either: always busy, disconnected, or unresponsive. I’m still waiting for a callback.

Issues with remote control for fans

I purchased four wall fans last week. After installation, three remotes worked, but one was defective. When I reached out to the seller, I was told the remote couldn’t be replaced as it’s not under warranty. I received four sealed boxes, none of which were checked before delivery. Very disappointing after-sales service. Note that I am a regular customer.

Terrible after-service experience

The after-service experience is dreadful! Delivery is poorly managed, with confusing schedules and a lack of respect for customers' time. I paid cash for furniture and clearly specified the delivery date and time due to past issues. I don’t live in the apartment yet and am unavailable during weekdays, so I requested Saturday afternoon delivery, but I have been treated like a ping-pong ball. I received multiple calls for odd delivery times, and despite reminders, I got a delivery without assembly last Saturday after much pressure. I’m still waiting for that assembly! Two postponements already! To top it off, a driver accused me of lying due to a misunderstanding with his supervisor. I’m fed up and will never buy from this seller again. I strongly advise against purchasing from them due to their unreliable delivery and poor customer care.

Consistently poor experience

0/5 stars. For the fifth consecutive time, I faced terrible customer service. They easily mislead customers about products they know little about. If I didn’t know what I wanted or were less informed, I would have been scammed repeatedly. Incorrect pricing, misinformation, and wrong products were common. Only after extensive questioning did the sales staff check the correct details. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a discontinued item, and what was delivered was entirely different from what I tested. The sales representative insisted they used the correct code, but it was wrong. They presented a discontinued product as available. It’s frustrating having to make countless unanswered calls, visiting the store only to find the sales representative missing, and trying to get assistance from a different branch. They eventually helped us, but it was far quicker than trying to reach the original branch. They rarely answer calls. My personal information may have been mishandled as I received no receipt after my purchase. Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to repeat my issue to different representatives. Each time, I’m left feeling frustrated. It’s disappointing to be lured in by attractive promotions only to have a terrible experience every time I purchase.

Regret not reading reviews first

Regret not reading the reviews first; they are accurate. I placed two orders within a week and received no updates. I had to follow up myself. Like other reviewers, my orders faced complications. One product was damaged, so only one could be delivered. Another item was also damaged, preventing delivery. Ironically, all these items remain available for order on the website, meaning another customer will face the same issues. To date: no deliveries, no refunds.

Very unprofessional service

I visited a local branch and confirmed product availability with the sales staff before payment. After paying, I was informed the product was unavailable, and I received no follow-up. I’m left wondering about my money since I paid for a product they confirmed was available. This service quality is unacceptable.

Delay in delivery

I placed my order over two weeks ago, initially told it would arrive in a few days. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting. There has been no proper update or communication from the seller about the delay, and tracking information is either non-existent or unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. A simple update would have made a difference, but instead, I’ve been left frustrated and in the dark. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to pay for items they haven’t received. I trusted the seller to deliver on time, and that trust has been broken. I hope for a resolution soon, or I’ll consider other options.
