0/5 stars. For the fifth consecutive time, I faced terrible customer service. They easily mislead customers about products they know little about. If I didn’t know what I wanted or were less informed, I would have been scammed repeatedly. Incorrect pricing, misinformation, and wrong products were common. Only after extensive questioning did the sales staff check the correct details. Unfortunately, I ended up buying a discontinued item, and what was delivered was entirely different from what I tested. The sales representative insisted they used the correct code, but it was wrong. They presented a discontinued product as available. It’s frustrating having to make countless unanswered calls, visiting the store only to find the sales representative missing, and trying to get assistance from a different branch. They eventually helped us, but it was far quicker than trying to reach the original branch. They rarely answer calls. My personal information may have been mishandled as I received no receipt after my purchase. Their customer service is dismissive and unhelpful, forcing me to repeat my issue to different representatives. Each time, I’m left feeling frustrated. It’s disappointing to be lured in by attractive promotions only to have a terrible experience every time I purchase.
