I placed my order over two weeks ago, initially told it would arrive in a few days. Unfortunately, I’m still waiting. There has been no proper update or communication from the seller about the delay, and tracking information is either non-existent or unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable. A simple update would have made a difference, but instead, I’ve been left frustrated and in the dark. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to pay for items they haven’t received. I trusted the seller to deliver on time, and that trust has been broken. I hope for a resolution soon, or I’ll consider other options.
