I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. I was initially told that my delivery would take about a week, but it has now been a month, and I am still waiting. On the original delivery date, I received a message stating that my order was in process, only to be informed later that the van had broken down. When I followed up, I was then told that the product was out of stock—how does that even happen? Does this mean my item was given to someone else?This is not the first time I have experienced such poor service. The customer service team is unresponsive, and the in-store staff lacks professionalism. I was even sent a faulty product previously, and when I tried to contact support, no one answered. This level of incompetence is unacceptable.If your company wants to improve, I strongly suggest hiring more competent staff who can actually handle logistics and customer support properly. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
