The 1st one since 5 months ago I have buy a labtop in courts chemin grenier brand hp they show me in the magasin all it is in a good condition in my big surprise when I have open the box at home I have got an old one labtop the same day I have returned it with so many difficulties to got a new one finally with so many discussions the have returned me a new one, on Monday 02nd of December 24 I go to courts chemin grenier again to buy a meter saw makita machine I met with a sales girl namely ameena or ameena she told me unfortunately she don't have it at chemin grenier as you are a good client with us I can do the necessary for you and she check in the system she found that can got it at phoenix mall she do all the procedure due I really need the machine I told her I will go to collect it on my own and I have also tell her I don't want to got any problems when I will collect it at phoenix mall she tell me it's OK she will send an email and will phone them, I take a taxi which as coast me rs1500 when I reach at phoenix mall I met with Mr jehery Mr tell me where is your invoice we can't deliver you the product with only the paper with you I have to wait 45 mins to got my product after reach home I want to test the machine in my big surprise the machine is not good I phone Mrs ameena to tel her the problem she tell me he will ask a technician to call me but when the technician call me he tell me you need to bring it at port Louis I phone again Mrs ameena what the technician told me but I will come to courts to return you the machine she tell me OK bring it when I reach there Mrs ameena having phone someone and she returned back to me and told me that you khow we concern having the issue in the stock and I ask her if you know having this issue why you sold a problem product to me then I ask her cancel it and I want cim finance return me my 10000 deposit that I have done and till now I have not received my money and I don't have a machine to work.I work in a hotel iam a professional in my work if I got a broblem with a guest on the next time the guest will come again I have already ask my staff to flag the guest because last time we have got problem with him take care of him but at courts nothing.
