The service is extremely poor. I bought a television in cash and was told to wait one week for delivery. After waiting the entire week, I received a message at the scheduled delivery time saying that they could not make the delivery.
When I tried to call for assistance, I was placed on a hotline with no proper help from any staff member. To make matters worse, the people on the phone were laughing, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If Mammouth cannot provide proper customer care and reliable delivery service, they should seriously reconsider how they run their business.
