Disappointing Experience with New Product

I've spent around $500 on products from this seller, but I regrettably ordered one of their new items, which arrived in a cheap box and tasted awful. I requested a refund or some form of credit or exchange, but they refused. It seems like the business has grown without maintaining quality. This feels like a significant rip-off. I would advise against it.

Received Expired Product Again

I bought a box of oatmeal and dark roast coffee pods a few weeks ago. The oats were good, but the coffee box was outdated, marked Best By 02/08/2025. After emailing customer service, they apologized and offered to send a new box. I received it today, only to find it's also OUT OF DATE 02/08/2025. It feels like a joke, and I won't be supporting this business anymore. I'm not trying to be difficult, but this is unacceptable. I just wanted to support the owner. At this point, it seems the company values that $12.95 more than I do.
