I have been waiting for my order to be delivered (going on 2 weeks) without updates from CousinT’s regarding the status of the order however, they processed my payment. I did receive notice from USPS it was to be delivered today but, it wasn’t. I got a live person from the P.O. to help track it down and learned it’s sitting in a USPS hub center waiting to be dispatched at the discretion of whoever loads their trucks and that CousinT’s sent it using a 50 cent delivery payment (not priority mail) so employees will load it into truck whenever they get to it. I paid a lot for this product and thought I was contributing to a worthwhile startup company but now, I feel like a sucker and this will be the one and only purchase I make from the company. My honest rating for the ‘impossible to contact’ CousinT’s is a big zero. At this point, I anticipate receiving damaged goods and if so, being a food product, it’ll get tossed. Trying to contact CousinT’s is a futile endeavor so, I’ve no doubt requesting a refund would be impossible. Beware this company.UPDATE: as of Thursday, Jan.16, 2025…order NEVER arrived. Orig. order placed last week of Nov. 2024. USPS can do nothing about it, its whereabouts remain a mystery despite me trying to contact ‘Cousints’ who ignore my inquiries.
