I returned an item as per there returns policy nearly 3 months ago and am still awaiting a refund. They claim that it is held in customs. In addition the return is to China and cost 1/2 the price of the dress!The sizes of their dresses are completely arbitrary and the company does not accept that as a fault in their clothing or manufacturing.
