I ordered some shoes from last year August where I received is a different colour. I refund the shoes and they no pick up till February 2026. Now I received the shoes back to UK. What a joke
This service is misleading, providing low-quality products that bear no resemblance to the advertised images. They trick customers into making purchases and then refuse to issue refunds. After I threatened legal action and reported them for breaching consumer rights, they reluctantly offered me a partial refund. I ended up losing around £30, as the items received were unfit even for donation. Dealing with this company was extremely stressful and disheartening, particularly as a parent.
