I truly wish I could give this company a zero-star rating. It has been a terrible experience. I ordered a dress in April 2025, and it arrived looking nothing like the picture. I quickly returned it, only to face a £15 return postage to an overseas address I wasn't initially aware of. After notifying them about the item being stuck in customs, I received an email claiming my refund was processed, but nine months later, I got the original parcel back. I've emailed them for an update but received no response. I spent £35 on the item and £15 on postage. Such a waste of time and money! It's disgraceful how they mislead customers with their products.
