I wish I could give this company a zero-star rating. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a clothing retailer. I ordered a dress in May 2025, which looked nothing like the online image. I sent it back quickly, paying £23 for return shipping, unaware of the hidden costs. After months of back-and-forth, I was given a partial refund as a 'goodwill gesture' until the item reached their warehouse. However, it got stuck in customs for months! I returned home to find the dress at my front door today. I've emailed them for clarification but received no response. What a waste of money and time! It's appalling how they exploit customers.
