I never a full refund. The saga started in May 2025. The company is difficult to contact. Eventually, they sent me an address. I used the Royal Mail to return my purchase. Couture Moda said they had not received it & ask me to check with the R Mail. Everything was kosher returning the item & quite simply Couture Moda didn’t pick the order up, from customs. Couture Moda implied the package was 'lost'. The Royal Mail found it in customs waiting to be picked up, & sent it back to me. Very upset with Couture Moda. The quality is terrible & sizing runs very small but, you know, maybe I would have bought a size bigger if I had got the full refund & returns were easier.TO:Couture Moda. Smarten up. Improve your service, refund us fully, and apologise. Otherwise, as with do many other people, I agree on:"DO NOT BUY FROM COUTURE MODA".
