Avoid!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!!! This has been the worst ever online shopping experience I have ever had. Chelsea Boots looked great and were described as ‘leather’. Paid my really hard earned money….then had to chase delivery as it took over 5 weeks and the tracking details showed the package was stuck in some Chinese port!!!!They arrived in a loose bag. No box…and wait for this!!!…….they were plastic!!!!Contacted them. No refund. Terrible, criminal service. Wow. I was and am still raging 😡 Utterly disgusting and had completely turned me off buying online from any retailer that is not UK based and well known.
