If I could give this company less than one star I would. I am sending emails back and forth and they are taking time to respond which is now making it a short window to return the item. They offered me 2 options one was to return back to china though I thought it was a UK company for a refund and second option a 75% store credit. I wrote back stating option 1 to return guess what they wrote back saying I saidOption 2. These people are having a laugh!! Their dresses are of poor see through material and do not cater for the bigger woman why would I want a store credit. This company is highly suspicious and IWould refrain from ordering. I have heard about these unscrupulous Chinese companies using an English platform to sell and when it comes to returns they don’t want to know and this company seems to fit the bill. I wish I had looked at all the negative reviews before I placed an order.
