I have asked SIX times for a return address to return the "linen" (not linen - synthetic) dresses which were sent to me, clearly used and without any verification labels. Six times the business has failed to provide the address or confirm the refund. If you look below they have a history of not refunding for their shoddy products. I have told Trading Standards and now the police to whom I am providing the Companies House link to this company (and the other companies the same people are Directors of); i have told Companies House too and sent them all a link to these comments. These charlatans should do what they say they will - they certainly don't have an "easy returns" policy. They do everything they can to wriggle out of it and think that their AI generated emails and responses will fool us.
