I had the worst experience with this company. I spent over £200 on work clothes and when they arrived they were like rags. I continued to be ignored by customer support and finally received messages offering store credit only (absolute joke). I eventually got them to give me a return address and it turns out it had to go to china (shocker). I had to spend £40 on returning the clothes and they still didn’t refund and instead said clothes were stuck at customs and that’s not their problem. They offered store credit for their rags yet again instead of refund. I had to report them to by bank to finally get my refund. Horrible experience and worst customer support I’ve ever dealt with. Absolute scam of a company.
