Awful customer serviceNo proper tracking it’s in Chinese!2 week delivery with no communication Awful quality products - I’ve had better quality from Shein at a fraction of the priceReturns policy that basically will either cost you more to return or you keep the shoddy goods and a 75% refund to spend on more shoddy goods. The quality must be so poor that they are happy to give it away. One person called ‘Grace’ who sends a standard reply to every email - she must be kept very busy ! Absolutely shocking - how they are allowed to trade I’ll never know ! Looking forward to Grace or Olivia’s response to this review …
