Title: Untrustworthy – Refusal to Refund After Months of ExcusesI ordered from Couture-Moda in June and received incorrect and poor-quality items. Since then, I’ve sent over 10 emails chasing a refund. Instead of honouring my consumer rights, they’ve repeatedly given irrelevant excuses about “customs” and offered only partial refunds or store credit.This is a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I am now escalating to my credit card provider and Trading Standards.Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and extremely frustrating to deal with. I strongly urge others to avoid this company.
