I bought a suit from this company in June, as the product looked fantastic along with quality. This suit was £250 I might add. Almost 2 months later the suit arrived. I was so disappointed I could only laugh. I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They offered me a gift voucher for 75% of the value not to return the product. I declined. I therefore processed my return with the maximum insurance possible via Royal Mail UK which cost me an additional £50. 3 months later and after this suit had been shipped back to China the suit had been returned to the UK and my home address. This is easily the worst retail company I have ever had to deal with! If you read this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! FRAUDULENT COMPANYI’m still waiting for a refund or guidance!
