Like all the other customers, I also am still waiting for a full refund. I ordered a dress which was of very poor quality. I should have checked the reviews first, so cross with myself. I returned the dress in April, tracking shows it reached China, although I'm being told it hasn't got to them? They have refunded half the money, unsure whether I will ever get the rest! I would strongly NOT recommend using this company, due to poor quality item and poor customer service. Surely it is only a matter of time before they go out of business . The item concerned was £44.99, so not cheap.
