Awful returns policy.I had to pay to return dress in March 2025 and in September after many emails I have had the parcel returned to ME! Had an email saying its a fault if the courier, which was DPD a reputable UK COurier through the post office and no refund will be offered. Dresses were absolutely too small a large size doesn't fit a size uk 12 person BEWARE and AVOID using this company based in China Despite the below message saying to email I have a long thread of emails saying its not there fault the courier failed to deliver...despite me having proof parcel went to China and back to me! Money wasted on dress plus return postage. Avoid at all costs
