Update:Not a UK based company- all items are misrepresented on the website. If you're lucky, you receive the cheapest, lowest quality piece of tat imaginable from China, after waiting weeks. Or you receive nothing at all.When you contact the company to arrange a return, they offer you a 75% store credit (trust me, if you receive an item from this site, you wouldnt dream of placing another order or wanting credit! Absolute insult).Or you can pay shipping to return the item to China! When you thought you were dealing with the UK all along.Their reply to my review on trustpilot made it sound like they would resolve the issue if I contacted their customer services.No.... they emailed back offering me 75% store credit, or continued to insist I paid to return the falsely advertised item back to China. Again.Scam. How this business is allowed to function bewilders me.
