I realised that the dress I had ordered wasn't right for me almost immediately and the couture- moda website said you could cancel within 4 hrs which I did immediately. Then I got numerous emails asking me to complete my order despite the payment having gone through on my credit card. They then found the order and I said I didn't want it. but they said it had been despatched and they would guide me through the returns system. Now weeks later the dress arrived no lables and poor finishing off...I asked to return it ..have sent numerous emails and now they no longer communicate with me. So personally I have found this the worst company I have ever dealt with. I don't know where they are based but they do not follow the kind of expectations one has when dealing with a retailer. I would never ever buy anything again .I feel I have been scammed with all their polite emails and delaying tactics After posting this review there was the customery response from couture- moda...I have not heard anything from them...they have my details...its all part of the scam..they really don't care at all. They just want your money. They aren't bothered about bad reviews. Posting this as a warning to others. Must make sure I read reviews of a company before I deal with them Recent update. Returned the dress to shenzen in CHINA. Cost £12. Tracking says stuck in Chinese customs. They refunded half the money I paid for the dress. They say that when it clears they will pay the rest.......unlikely I feel. Expect this to be your experience if you persist enough.
