I ordered a raincoat from this company. The raincoat arrived. Was a piece of light material that was nothing like the raincoat. I emailed customer service they said: Keep the item and receive 75% store credit You won’t need to return anything, and the credit can be used toward any future purchase. 2. Return the item for 120% store credit If preferred, you can send the item back at your own cost, and we’ll issue store credit for 120% of the item’s value once received. Why would I want anything else from this brand when they are sending clothes that are nothing like what are pictured. No refund. It’s a joke that these companies are allowed to operate like this. I would love to put up the pictures just to see how different the items are. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY If you always strive for accuracy in your listings why are you sending out clothes that are nothing like what are pictured for that reason alone I should have a full refund not a credit note. As explained how could I ever be expected to order anything from this store in good faith. As I can see from the reviews it is not an isolated incident. Other than a full refund I can’t see a way forward. That flimsy piece of material would not be worth returning.
