My experience with this company has just got worse. Despite supplying them with photographic evidence that they have supplied 2pairs of trousers with a sewn in label number 1 when I ordered Large which they have told me equates to the number 3, they are still refusing to give me a full refund having supplied the wrong size. They are required by law to give a full refund if they have supplied the wrong item, the wrong size IS the wrong item. In my last review about this company, 4 days ago, I had a response from Olivia saying to contact her personally but she did not give a personal email address and I've not had a response from her yet, only from Hope.I have been offered a full credit note but I want a full refund as is my entitlement. Why would I want more clothes from this company when I can't be sure of getting the correct item?Please do not buy from this company!!!
