I had ordered a dress for my wife, had a email saying it had been sent and no parcel was to be seen, I got a photo from the courier it was behind my bin but he didn’t notify me of this until I rang and complained of a missing dress and in that time I received the photo there was nothing there. I further get in touch with customer service and have them repeatedly tell me to question neighbours which I do and now I am just being ignored when i question of a refund! Awful service do not use!!
