Scam! I bought some shoes, they sent me something that looked nothing like the photos or description so I requested to return, they said that I would have to pay £35 return fee to post the shoes back to China (they're posing as a UK company based in Coventry) and the shoes only cost £40 in the first place. Now having to deal with bank payment disputes, trading standards and citizens advice to deal with this and get my money back. Not convenient. Email from them refusing to return for refund:Thank you very much for your message and for taking the time to explain the situation clearly. I completely understand your frustration, and I’m sorry the item you received doesn’t match your expectations or the product description.As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you 100% of your order value as store credit, and there will be no need to return the item.
