I ordered a coat. When it arrived it looked nothing like the description. It was really poor quality and badly shaped. I contacted customer service to ask how to return and a refund. I was told sale items were only returnable for shop credit. Which I did not want,as I would be reluctant to purchase anything else from this store. I stated that as the goods were not up to standard, I just wanted a refund. I was told there was nothing they could do. So I still have no coat and out money. Be wary, before ordering from this company. Poor quality items and very poor customer service.
