I received the dresses after 13 days, the sizing is peculiar and the dresses which looked so nice on the website are shapeless and appear of poor quality. Items described as linen but label says 100% cotton. The dresses were reduced from £90 to £49.99 - they were definitely not worth the higher amount. I wrote to the company on receipt requesting a refund in line with my legal rights, whether sale items or not. They did respond promptly but only to say that my only option is to either receive 75% of items' cost as a store credit or to pay for return of items - which I expect is expensive, for a higher amount of store credit. I'm not happy with this level of service and will challenge this response.
